Dr. Abhishek V. Pimpralekar MD (Medicine) is a full-time consulting physician. He has been practicing medicine in Nashik for close to 9 years now. He has done his M.B.B.S. from the Pravara Medical Trust, Loni and completed his post-graduation from V. C. Gandhi and M. N. Vora Memorial Municipal Hospital, Mumbai.

After excelling in Internal Medicine during his under graduation, he took basic clinical training in the subject from stalwarts like Dr. S.S. Deshpande, Dr. (Mrs.) U. P. Diwate,Dr. Parimal Lawate in Jehangir Hospital, Pune before he moved to Mumbai for further studies.

He has worked with legendary and pioneer Physicians, Cardiologists,Diabetologists and Intensivists during his post-graduation and has also helmed the prestigious posts of Senior Registrar and Associate Consultant Physician in various well-known institutes like Mumbai’s Universal Heart Hospital, Chembur andWockhardt Hospital, Mulund.

He began his career being in-charge of the Intensive Care Unit and Chief of Department at Nashik. As a physician, he has looked after various critical and emergency cases competently, playing a key role in the development of the departments of Medicine, ICU and Casualty.

He regularly visits various charitable trusts. A keen academician, he has attended several national and international summits and workshops related to Cardiology,Diabetology, Critical Care and Infectious Diseases. Dr. Pimpralekar has a vision of developing affordable and convenient health infrastructure for geriatric patients in the coming future.
