He has done his fellowship in Laparoscopy and Bariatric Surgery, New Delhi Diploma in Laparoscopy Surgery, Strausbourg, France & is Member of Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK.

Worked as Clinical Fellow in the Department of Bariatric and Laparoscopy Surgery at Vienna, Austria & completed Training in Bariatric Surgery in IEF center – Taichung, Taiwan Dr. Kolte has attended many national Bariatric conferences and training workshops at Calcutta, Indore and New Delhi & conducted various social awareness programmes about obesity and metabolic diseases.

He is skilled in performing Sleeve Gastrectomies, Gastric bypass and Mini Gastric bypass surgeries for morbid obesity with vast experience. Also skilled in performing Laparoscopic Hernia repair, Laparoscopic GI and Colorectal surgery, Solid organ laparoscopy for spleen-kidney-Adrenal , oesophageal and thoracoscopy Surgery with extensive experience in each.
